About Sennection

Over the past decade, parents' and teachers' awareness of Special Educational Needs (SEN) have been on the rise, with an ever-increasing need to provide prompt individualized and evidence-based support to children and students. In 2019, our team had the idea of setting up an online learning platform, which would make professional knowledge and skills much more accessible to parents and teachers. In February 2020, the COVID-19 pandemic unexpectedly hit our community. This unprecedented event led to a sense of urgency for caregivers to learn strategies to support their SEN children at home. It also gave our team an opportunity to make our dreams a reality... and Sennection was born.

"Sennection" is the combination of "SEN" and "Connection". By empowering parents to combat challenges of raising a child with special needs and inspiring paraprofessionals with novel ideas, we aspire to connect SEN children with a world that celebrates neurodiversity.
